➡ Nichole Allem is a global communications leader with 20+ years of experience. She works in global marketing at A.P. Møller - Mærsk, focusing on customer and crisis communication, and co-hosts Beyond the Box, a podcast on global trade. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years in strategic communications roles for the American foreign ministry. Nichole serves on the advisory board of Career Club Denmark.
➡ Maria Bach Nielsen is a techno-anthropologist, PRINCE2® certified project manager, and Industrial PhD Fellow working at the intersection of people, systems, and technologies. As Senior Project Manager at Cerebriu A/S, she leads digital health projects that integrate decision-supporting AI into clinical workflows focusing on trust, adoption, and human-centered implementation. Maria is also co-founder of Career Club DK, a community supporting international women in Denmark.
