Learn how to make your own delicious kombucha with Madboks!
Location: Temple Bar - Nørrebrogade 48, 2200 København (1st floor)
Date & time: 12 April 2025, 3pm to 5pm
Madboks and Temple Bar are hosting a kombucha workshop within the framework of the Temple of Sound Takeover Festival!
In this workshop, our volunteers and fermentation enthusiasts Elise & Pauline will teach you how kombucha is made, how to make your own, and how to spread the joy of kombucha-making to your friends.
We will provide you with:
your own SCOBY to make your first brew
all the knowledge you need to make your kombucha going forward
tips & tricks and a support community

At the end of the workshop you can take home your first brew, as well as a brochure containing the most essential info, so you can confidently start your fermentation journey on your own.
There is limited space so sign up asap and make sure you join in for a super fun and educational Saturday!

ABOUT MADBOKS
Madboks is a volunteer organisation that focuses on creating more sustainable communities and saving food surplus from becoming waste since 2020. We aim to provide better nutrition to improve people’s health by making better food more accessible while fighting food waste.
Every week, we collect food donations from our partners (Netto, Rema 1000, Superbrugsen, Meyers Bageri etc).
