Apex Health and Wellbeing back again with another local walk in beautiful Rochdale!
We started in Feb 2024 - and are now 8 walks in - we've covered Blackstone Edge, Watergrove, Hollingworth Lake a few times
We've even arranged 2 all day hikes outside of Rochdale - Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District and 2 of Yorkshires 3 Peaks...in Yorkshire of course 🤣

⏰️ WHEN - 0800 meetup Saturday 28th Sep 2024
⏳️ Set off 0800 SHARP - I am known for leaving on time and leaving people behind if you're late - I'm sure you understand
📍WHERE - GREENBOOTH RESERVOIR CARPARK
🚗 PARKING: GREENBOOTH LIMITED CARPARK
⏰️ DURATION - APPROX 9km - Approx just UNDER 3 HOURS
🫂🫂 WHO - Beginners who are familiar with hiking/walking 6miles/10k plus, regularly and are conditioned to variable terrain and weather ❄️🌧🌥🌤☀️
🐕 We welcome you to bring your dogs - for safety please keep them on a lead 🐕🦺
⚠️ If you bring CHILDREN - its at your own risk - please keep them with you, we can not be responsible if they wander off, hurt themselves or decide halfway they cant be bothered anymore - we are NOT responsible for your children ⚠️
This route is beautiful - with a few short and steep inclines and declines - cobbles, rocks, reservoirs....dare I say MUD, as well as beautiful views - and of course Greenbooth Res, which is really pretty, especially on a clear day 🏞
This is the 9th of many walks we've been organising since Feb this year - to help us build a truly diverse, multicultural, and health centred community that comes together under one common cause - the Great Outdoors! 🥾
