About this Event
Join APA|DC member, photographer and certified yoga and meditation teacher, for an all-levels, yoga and breathwork class designed for photographers and creatives on Saturday, August 23rd 10am - 12pm. We will focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility to help us navigate the physical and mental challenges we face on the job.
Refreshments and light snacks to follow the class.
*This is an all-levels physical practice, no yoga experience necessary.

- Please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a water bottle.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up. Class will begin at 10:30am.
- Additional mats and props will be provided.
