Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) teaches you how to approach meditation with curiosity and confidence. You will learn how to start - and sustain - an easy-going practice that works for you. Whether you’re completely new or have tried meditation before, Kim offers a welcoming way to begin or renew your meditation journey. It is a complete introduction to meditation through awareness, compassion, and wisdom — in a format that busy people can truly commit to.
On Sunday mornings from 10:00 - 10:45 (with optional Q&A/discussion until 11:15 am) and Wednesdays from 1:00 - 1:45, we sit quietly and rest with our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, as they are — being rather than doing — without trying to fix or improve anything.
Kim has been leading meditation groups for over 10 years, and has been practicing Buddhist meditation for over 40 years. Certified by Tergar International’s teacher training program,
Kim teaches “Anytime Anywhere Meditation”, a uniquely effective meditation approach that fits your life, wherever you are. These transformative practices for everyday life are designed to make meditation accessible, practical, and deeply meaningful.
