This immersive session blends the ancient wisdom of Reiki Healing with the therapeutic power of Sound Healing to promote deep restoration and energetic alignment. During the session, Meagan Myrick, known for her heart-centered approach to sound healing, will take you through an intuitively curated sonic journey. Using meditative soundscapes and instruments like pure crystal quartz singing bowls, shamanic drumming, rainsticks, crystal pyramids, bamboo hand chimes, and more, Meagan creates a deeply resonant ambiance that cultivates inner peace, emotional release, and a mind-body-spirit reset.
Simultaneously, Alex Bravo—a Level Three certified Reiki Master and 7th Generation practitioner in the lineage of Dr. Usui—will channel and direct Reiki energy to release tension, ease pain, and clear emotional blockages. With a Harvard research background in the connection between emotions and health, Alex helps process energy and emotions that manifest as physical ailments. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) in clinical psychiatry, Alex has a unique ability to sense and balance energy, drawing insights from physical, emotional, environmental, and ancestral sources, as well as spiritual guides. This depth of perception allows for profound healing and transformation.
