Let us support you in getting to know your nervous system and sooth it with gentle poses and a guided meditation and emotional awareness.
Through guided exercises, sensory-based strategies and visualisation you will move out of “fight, flight, fawn or freeze” and into a more centered, present state. Share your own experiences and leave with techniques you can use anywhere—at work, home, or during stressful moments.
Wear comfy clothes suitable for light movement and bring drinks hot or cold. Reiki included.
