Alana who will discuss the symptoms of anxiety and depression and what we can do to improve our mental health. We will have the opportunity to share and open up as Alana will be sharing her personal experience and what helped her. How do we look after ourselves when in these states is very important and we will navigate the many ways.

Meet Alana

Alana has always been about turning lemons into lemonade. Having experienced depression and anxiety and a son with OCD she has always put her energy into giving back to the mental health community. Through the years she’s taken many courses on self development and has even travelled to Peru to work as a peer support worker. She knows the importance of mental health and hopes to connect authentically as well as provide useful information.
