Anti-Inflammatory Cooking on a Budget

Join us for an intimate, hands-on cooking experience focused on creating delicious and budget-friendly anti-inflammatory meals!

In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll learn to prepare one versatile meal with three main elements while practicing techniques to flow seamlessly through the cooking process. Simultaneously, you'll gain insight about the importance and accessibility of inflammatory foods.

With only 12 spots available, this class ensures personal guidance and a warm, community-focused atmosphere. Enjoy the fruits of your labor by gathering to share a meal at the end and use this time as an opportunity to ask all your burning questions.

Please note: Students will learn to cook a protein source, grain, and vegetables. This workshop will not be vegetarian freindly.
