Presented by ANPANMANIA at The Webster Underground in Hartford, Connecticut. This event is FREE ADMISSION and for ALL AGES. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our team rented out this concert venue and decided to host it AT NO COST to bring Northeast Kpop Fans together during Halloween! We hope this is the beginning of us hosting more Kpop fan fairs in the area and we can't do it without the support of our community.

If you would like to support our team's efforts, please consider purchasing from our merch table on site or donating to our team. All merch purchases and donations will fund fees required to put on this event.

We encourage (we do not require) guests to wear costumes, cosplay as their Kpop idol bias, or rock their favorite merch! Feel free to bring lightsticks, headbands, pickets, plushies, and all things Kpop 🫰

DRESS CODE FOR COSTUMES

• Must not be deemed lewd, offensive, or invoke harassment or intimidation
• No hate symbols, pornographic images or offensive language
• No oversized costumes that impede walking areas
• No costumes that block vision of the wearer

Upon registering, you agree to the following:

Guests under 18 MUST BE accompanied by someone 18 or older. For guests 21 and up and would like to drink alcohol, you MUST have a physical legal ID showing photo and date of birth. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All guests must be kind and respectful to the event staff and all guests they meet. If you are feeling unwell and have symptoms of any illness, please stay home for the safety of others.
