The Unlock Your Power College Circuit is a high-energy, 90-minute experience designed specifically for college students. This dynamic session introduces young women to the core summit theme: Discover Your Strengths • Reframe Challenges • Activate Your Purpose.

The program begins with an upbeat welcome that sets a tone of empowerment and connection, inviting students to reflect on what it means to unlock their inner power in college and beyond.

Through an engaging icebreaker called Power Pulse, students connect in quick, meaningful conversations where they identify a strength they are proud of and a challenge they are ready to overcome. This activity sparks confidence, self-awareness, and community.

The session also includes an inspiring mini talk, The Power Within, which explores how college is not just an academic journey—but a power-building phase. Students are encouraged to develop a growth mindset, embrace resilience, and pursue purpose instead of pressure.
