𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗽
Either bring some cuttings of your fruit trees or just come browse what’s on the table-
All free to share!
Please ensure what you bring is labeled and the variety it’s stated to be.
Rootstocks will be available for purchase, $10 each.
Apple MM106, M793 (plus others TBC)
Pear-BA29
Cherry: Colt
Plums: Myrobalan B
Citrus: Trifoliata
If you would like to learn to graft, feel free to come to our grafting workshop on the Wednesday prior (see our page for details)
𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
Skilled grafters will be available and happy to graft your newly aquired (or bought from home) apple scions for just $5! (excludes rootstock, purchased seperately). Apples only, 1 scion per rootstock. These do not come with guarantees, as much of the success hinges on aftercare (planting it without dislodging the graft, watering it, etc) But in our experience they are very very likely to succeed with basic care.
𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲
Apple trees will be available for sale as a branch fundraiser.
Independent vendors will also be selling other stone and pip fruit trees: Peaches, Nectarines, Plums, Apples etc- and some seconds grade plants for great prices!
There will also be some fun and unusual fruiting plants for sale for the enthusiasts and collectors, and to stimulate Tree Crop related discussions!
