Join us March 18–20, 2026, at the Hilton Stockton for an unforgettable three-day experience celebrating all things olive oil.
Kick things off on Wednesday, March 18 with an optional, paid bus tour ticket required—a hands-on excursion to local olive orchards and mills where you’ll explore the art of olive cultivation and oil production. Please note: this tour is not included in the standard conference ticket and requires separate registration.
