The day will feature an opening keynote by Coach Ramsey and breakout sessions with Kevin Bille, Clark Harvey, Annette Garsteck, and Domonique Revere, on communicating with purpose, hiring for culture, supporting your team on LinkedIn, and leading in moments that shape culture most.
A highlight of the day will be a scenario-based panel where Melissa Coultas, Margaret DeLillo-Storey, Jason Mogus, and Carleen Spitzer will respond to real workplace situations and share how they would navigate them to strengthen team culture.
The conference will conclude with remarks from Superintendent Brett Yeagley, with energizing activities throughout the day led by Steve Risaliti (back by popular demand!).
