Announcing our new workshop with Kate Ashley!A 3 hour workshop for all women and female identifying 17+ who would like to better understand and develop more strategies to understand, accept and healthily express strong feelings.
The Angry Birds workshop is aimed at giving women who have difficulties with their experiences of strong emotions, of learning to understand and love more about their emotions, and to also share and discover different strategies and behaviours together that we can use to improve our relationships with ourselves, our choices around how we respond to our emotions. This will then give you the opportunity to road test some of these strategies in a safe and welcoming environment.
Objectives
1. To educate and normalise the experience of strong emotions
2. To build trust for the members to share their stories and strategies
3. To build self-esteem and self efficacy in accepting emotions, problem solving and trying new behaviours.
Fee: $30 per participant, $20 Concession, both NDIS and non-NDIS participants welcomed.
