Announcing our new workshop with Kate Ashley and Stephanie Cantrell!A 3 hour workshop for all women and female identifying 17+ who would like to better understand and develop more strategies to understand, accept and healthily express strong feelings.
Come learn and share with other women:
-Positive ways to understand our emotions
-Positive ways to express our emotions
-Positive strategies to express and calm big emotions
Fee: $30 per participant, both NDIS and non-NDIS participants welcomed.
