This powerful Anger Release Breathwork Journey is designed to help release trapped emotions stored deep within the nervous system while reconnecting you back to clarity, peace, self-love, and emotional freedom. Through guided breathwork, meditation, sound healing, nervous system regulation, and intentional emotional release, this experience works on the body, mind, and soul together.

• Wear comfortable layered clothing — the body may feel cold during deeper breathwork states
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and journal if desired
• Avoid heavy meals beforehand — liquids or light eating is highly recommended
• Come with an open heart and a willingness to let go
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨
This session may feel emotional, powerful, peaceful, awakening, releasing, and deeply healing all at once. Some people cry, laugh, shake, feel tingling sensations, emotional release, deep calmness, or a strong sense of clarity and peace afterward. Every experience is unique and exactly as your body and nervous system need it to be.
And if this is your first time — you are absolutely welcome.
In fact, many first-timers are surprised by how safe, natural, and deeply healing the experience feels. You do not need any previous experience with meditation or breathwork to join.
