Join us for a friendly, relaxed get-together focused on friendship, connection and networking, with some light, calming crafts included too.

This session is being hosted by our Quality Manager, Nadine, alongside her Quality team. It’s an informal and welcoming space to meet others, enjoy a chat, and take part in simple activities around friendship, connection and reducing loneliness.
What's planned:
• Welcome & settling in.
• Connection icebreaker chat.
• Creative craft: Friendship Hands Chain.
• Group activity: Exploring “inside vs outside” feelings.
• Tea/coffee break & informal networking.
• Interactive group activity: Friendship Web (wool).
• Group reflection: key takeaways & small actions.
• Closing & staying connected.
The session is designed to be informal and supportive, with plenty of space to chat, reflect, and take part in activities at your own pace.
Everyone is welcome. Feel free to stay for the full session or just pop in if that suits you better.
