EKD finance are looking forward to hosting our second networking event of the year as we look to welcome 60 clients/investors to the King Street Aparthotel.

We have Kris Dalziel coming up from Newcastle as guest speaker on the night. He will discuss how he has built a 150+ unit portfolio and how he is sourcing 30-40 below market value deals per month.

Robbie Johnston will be speaking to discuss structuring finance for these deals to effectively scale your portfolio at speed along with market updates and lender insights.

Ewan Dudding will be there on the night - on hand to answer queries and share his experience in also building a 150+ unit portfolio. One of the UK’s largest private landlords at the age of 29.

We will also be joined by:

BLK Property - For potential sourcing opportunities and also lettings management
