Five-week, trauma-informed workshop series supporting survivors
of domestic violence as they move from crisis toward healing and independence. Each session
offers practical tools, emotional support, and a safe space to rebuild confidence.

• June 1: Rebuilding Self & Emotional Healing
• June 8: Healthy Relationships, Boundaries & Safety
• June 15: Practical Life Skills & Independence
• June 22: Legal Navigation & Court Preparedness
• June 29: Future Visioning & Empowered Next Steps
