Washi Tape is a not-very-sticky masking tape made from rice paper. It comes in rolls of solid colors, as well as patterns, and provides adherence to a variety of surfaces.
This course is taught by local artist Joan Moreau McKeever, who is here to teach YOU how to create your very own realistic or abstract collages using washi tape!
Students will learn the technique of creating with this new art form. Landscapes, Flowers, People, Abstracts.... NO LIMIT! Washi Tape is primarily used for crafting, but in this workshop, we are going to take it to a whole new level! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
NOTE:
In addition to the registration fee, students should bring $30 cash to pay the instructor for materials, all of which will be provided for you.
SKILL LEVEL:
This workshop is designed for true beginners, intermediate and advanced level students. This workshop will be perfect for any level of student!
REFUND POLICY:
Ticket purchases to Art League of Hilton Head events are final. Credits or Refunds will not be given for missed or classes/workshops.
If a class or workshop is canceled by Art League of Hilton Head a full refund will be given.
