“Under the Lemon Tree”
A Mind & Matter Meditational Experience.
Come experience a powerful guided meditation designed to help you learn to enhance your mindset towards abundance, by integrating mind and matter in meditation.
In this meditation, you will have the opportunity to use a pure Copper Energy Receiving Blanket and genuine Quartz Crystal Energy Coils as enhancers. Getting a “hug” under a copper comforter can enhance body awareness by providing proprioceptive input which can help one to feel more grounded. It balances energy flow from mind to body by providing a firm stimulus of deep touch pressure (DTP) that calms the nervous system, thereby reducing anxiety and kickstarting your meditation towards a grounding energy flow within YOU!
While you meditate, you will “bathed” in the energy and aroma of a lemon tree delivered via pure essential oils. The lemon tree (the fruit of optimism) has long been a symbol of joy, prosperity, and purity of mind and body.
These are 20-minute individual sessions in a private room.
This experience is being offered by Energy Weavers, Anita Nix and Suz Nellis, and love donations are gratefully accepted for their time & talents.
For best results, dress in comfortable light-weight clothing made of natural fiber, being mindful to exclude any polyester blends which reduce energy flow.
This program is best recommended for adults accustomed to meditative stillness and can lay in a prone or semi-prone position (accommodation is available for comfort of position & duration).
This session is not suitable for those who are hypersensitive to a weighted blanket, sound, vibration, external stimuli, scents, or allergic to copper, roses, sandalwood, cardamom, or lemon.
