Solstice Sound Bath

This event is a time to reflect, set intentions, and connect with nature—recognizing and honoring growth in our own lives and focusing on what we want to continue nurturing.

We will have time before the sound bath to sit in nature or enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch of this beautiful rustic lodge.
This is a time to pause, reconnect and give thanks as this marks the turning point of the year and the suns light.
Please bring a comfortable mat to lay upon, blanket, pillows, a journal if you prefer to write before the sound bath, an eye mask and water bottle.

Arrive at 6pm to ground in nature and enjoy this lush property where your body will truly exhale.

Sound bath begins at 6:30pm.
Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Refunds will not be given due to lack of attendance.
