"The 12 Levers" Book Launch, w/ Spencer Greenberg & Jeremy Stevenson

To write The 12 Levers: The Complete Psychological Toolkit for Improving Your Life, authors Spencer Greenberg and Jeremy Stevenson engaged in a multi-year project studying over 100 of the most popular self-improvement books and more than 20 types of therapy. Their aim was to answer the question: what are all of the effective psychological strategies for improving your life? Every time one of these sources said to do something or gave any method or technique, they extracted it, resulting in a database of approximately 500 techniques.
After synthesizing it all, they were really surprised by what they found: they were able to encompass all of these numerous approaches within just 12 high-level psychological strategies. They call these "The 12 Levers."
In this live event with the authors, Spencer Greenberg and Jeremy Stevenson, moderated by Bradley Tusk, will discuss some of the most interesting things they learned studying so many different methods, and some of the most powerful psychological tools you can use for improving your own life. You'll also have the opportunity to get your book signed by the authors.
