What if one of your family or a friend fell through a window or had an unfortunate encounter with a kitchen knife?
What if you see someone clutch their chest and fall to the ground unconscious?
If you'd taken this free 90 minute class, you might be able to save a life!
An instructor from the Cabin John Park Volunteer Fire Department will show you how to stop a deadly bleed and how to perform Hands-Only CPR--even if you’ve never had prior medical or first-aid training. This class includes lecture and hand-on guidance and practice.

Some of the skills taught may be difficult for young children. This class is generally apprpropriate for ages 12 and above.
