The St Clement's Players make a welcome return to our recital series, with a wonderful repertoire of romantic music for orchestra. Conducted by Karol Jaworski, the programme explores desire, love and passion through orchestral works:
- Bizet: L'Arlesienne Suite 1
- Debussy: Prélude à l'Après-midi d'un faune
- J. Strauss II: Overture to Die Fledermaus
The recital begins at 1.00pm, and all are welcome. As ever, entry to every recital is free of charge. A retiring collection is taken to support our performers, and also to contribute to our growing Organ Redevelopment Fund at St Clement's.
