Jam Session at the Eastside Community Garden


Join us as award-winning food artisan Helen Dulac demonstrates her techniques for creating delicious jams and jellies.



The Eastside Community Garden presents award-winning food artisan Helen Dulac, Farm Success Manager for GROW North Texas, as she demonstrates how to can and preserve fresh produce as delicious jams and jellies. The demonstration will be in the Fellowship Hall at Meadowbrook-Poly United Methodist Church (3900 Meadowbrook Drive) on Saturday August 1st at 9:30 am

Helen has won over 40 ribbons at the State Fair of Texas and the North Texas Fair and Rodeo. Her success led to the formation of her business, Slammin' Jammin'. She knows her stuff and she's willing to share that knowledge with us!

Those who attend the class will be entered into a drawing for Helen's tasty jams and jellies at the end of class.
