Join Unity Studio, Planterior, and Grow Plant Shop for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with our community.
The event begins with Unity’s immersive, all levels yoga experience, where calming visuals, music, and gentle movement create space to slow down and be present.
After class, continue the experience at Planterior’s Intention Bar. Choose an intention you’re hoping to grow, select a beautiful 4-inch houseplant from GROW to take home, and discover a thoughtful surprise tucked inside your plant.
Our hope is that every time you water your plant, you’ll be reminded to pause, take a deep breath, and care for yourself with the same consistency you care for something living.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend your day, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and leave with something that continues to grow long after class ends.
