I have always shared this beautiful meditation around the Holidays for your chance to feel & "visit' with your loved ones, around the Holiday table. This can be an intense Meditation so please bring something comfortable to lay one, and your pillow if you would like. I will offer beverages/snacks and a special gift for each in attendance.
