Yin Nidra: A Night of Deep Rest
About this Event
A restorative evening pairing slow, supported Yin Yoga postures with a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Settle into long, quiet holds to release tension in the body, then drift into deep, yogic sleep to calm the nervous system. No experience needed, all levels welcome. Props provided; please bring a blanket and wear comfortable layers.
Hosted by Tatiana Pinzon of The Steeped Practice
Tatiana helps busy overachievers slow down without losing their edge. She spent years in high-pressure leadership roles, and it was yoga, yoga nidra, and tuning in to her cycle that taught her how to rest, reset, and work with her body instead of against it.
Now she brings those practices to others through yin, yoga nidra for deep restorative rest, and nourishing herbal blend consultations. People leave her classes calmer, clearer, and more in tune with their own rhythm.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her with her partner and family as a mom, a grandma, and a devoted fur-baby parent to three small dogs. She also loves gardening, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.
