"Falling" into the Release: Energy Hygiene and Chakra Balancing Breathwork Session

Breathwork can create profound transformation from the inside out in all areas of our life when practiced regularly. As a breathwork mentor and facilitator I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!

Join me at Peace Yoga Studio for a transformational breathwork journey. WIn this class we'll connect deeply with our energy centers all 7 chakras and move through stagnant prana to clear out any blockages within your body bringing you back to a place of inner balance and complete coherence. Flowing in the central channel we'll open up our hearts for an energetic reset stepping into our own magic elevating our frequency and welcoming in more self love and gratitude. Breath by breath building inner resilience honoring our process and opening up for more ease and possibility for our future selves as we anchor our body with loving awareness of what is. It's time to let go and level up! All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here!

Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics themes and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
