"Could You Rescue You"

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Could YOU Rescue YOU will help individuals and

organizations succeed where others have failed – the program

will go where others have shied away.

Our focus will instill a healthy respect for the public trust. We

will examine what personal and organizational traits are

necessary to earn and maintain the public trust.

In these fast-paced 4-hour segments, we will examine

significant industry/organizational events and discuss

successful strategies for both personal and organizational

success – whether that be during MAYDAY situations, after

significant broader events, personal and personnel dilemmas,

or in the decisions surrounding trust, honor, and ethics.

Attendees will be challenged to examine their own “personal

success tetrahedron” and to establish their own personal

mission statement. Each segment will end with a 30/30/30

exercise – focusing on benchmarks for success in the 30

minutes, 30 hours, and 30 days after a significant event.

In this constant world of change, one of the primary questions

this class will help students answer is whether they will

simply stand by, watch, and react, or whether they will

participate as a mentor, a problem solver – ultimately as a

leader.
