"Brick Walls" Can we help you break them down? presented by WCHS staff and visiting Genealogists.
Every family historian eventually encounters a “brick wall”, that frustrating point in research where records seem to disappear and the next step isn’t clear. Members of the Wayne County Historical Society staff, along with experienced visiting genealogists, will be available to help guide you through difficult problems in your family history research.
Participants are invited to bring their questions, notes, and research challenges for one-on-one assistance. Whether you are trying to identify an ancestor, locate a missing record, or figure out where to search next, this collaborative workshop provides the chance to share ideas, learn new strategies, and gain fresh perspectives that may help break through your genealogy “brick wall.”
Wayne County Genealogy Group is held on the 4th Thursday of the month, from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
FREE, and open to the public.
All levels of genealogists, from beginner to advanced, are invited.
