The Austin Nature & Science Center is hosting an official Roots & Wings Festival Event! The Roots & Wings Festival is held from Saturday, October 18th - Sunday, November 2nd, and is a community-wide celebration honoring Arbor Day and Monarch Appreciation Day in Austin. Join us in celebrating the Roots & Wings Festival with “Bee” a Friend to Pollinators!Enjoy guided hikes, nature crafts, story time with Beevo Beekeeping Society, interaction presentations from “The Bug Safari Lady”, and so much more. Parking and admission are FREE.
