Come to one, come to all!
Participants are gently supported through an engaging process that uses rhythm to spark creativity, connection, and joy. We emphasize social connection, emotional expression, and the transformative power of rhythm as tools to nurture well-being from the inside out.
Our Joyful Rhythms drum circles are facilitated experiences—crafted with intention and heart, and guided by trained facilitator Dee DiGioia.
Drums Provided and Welcomed
No experience is necessary.
