"Acting As If" Workshop

Welcome to the Acting As If Workshop!

Join us at Minneopa State Park Loop Trailhead (Group Camp #1) on October 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM (Central Time) for a fun and interactive session.

Learn how to embody the mindset of success through role-playing and visualization. This workshop will help you embrace confidence and overcome challenges in your personal and professional life.

We'll use the grounding energy of the natural world to identify the "character" we want to play in our lives and analyze who that person is. Through mindfulness practices like visualization and meditation, we will dig into our character's needs, feelings, and motivations. Finally, we'll use acting exercises to move, speak, and learn how to BECOME that character so we can continue to embody them in our lives.

Each section of the workshop will take approximately 1 hour, with a short break for campfires and coffee/cocoa!
