"A Call To Arms" - A Musical Play with a Heart of Gold

ACW is excited to be presenting a brand new musical play at the Albany Entertainment Centre for one night only!
Moneyless and jobless (due to an unfortunate incident with a hair straightener and a large quantity of refrigerated smallgoods), Stella is desperate for something, or someone, to whisk her away from her lonely life and start her on the path to something bigger and better. It seems like her wishes may all come true when a surprise bequest from a long lost relative heralds an opportunity for a new life in the small town of Dreary Bay.
But things are not quite as easy as Stella had hoped, and it will take a whole community coming together to help her dream come true. With the backing of a cast of colourful characters, Stella sets out to save her heritage, bringing a lost community back to life and finding herself along the way.
“A Call to Arms” is a fun and feel good musical story, written, directed, produced and performed by the members of A Cappella West, an award winning womens’ barbershop (a cappella) chorus based in Perth WA.
