Turn simple squares of fabric into a striking twisted heart design in this full-day patchwork class. Spend the day cutting, sewing, then cutting and sewing some more as you learn how careful placement and construction transform your fabric squares into a beautiful twisted heart design.
Your finished heart can become the centrepiece for your next quilt, wall hanging or table runner, or use the technique again to create your own future projects. A great class for patchworkers wanting to build their cutting and piecing skills while creating something a little different.
A PDF with the Fabric quantities and cut list will be emailed to you once you've booked. You will need to bring fabric cut to size listed to class. When choosing your fabrics have a good colour contrast. If the colours blend too closely you will not see the twist effectively. Bookings for class must be received by 27th November.
About the Tutor
Kym is a passionate, experienced teacher who brings a warm, inclusive energy to every class & is always ready to share her knowledge, tips, & encouragement. With a love for all things textile quilting, crochet, knitting, macramé & specialising in free-motion quilting.
