In this class you’ll sew an easy, eco-friendly reusable Christmas gift bag using a simple drawstring design and festive fabric. You’ll be guided through the project step by step, from preparing your fabric through to sewing and finishing your drawstring bag.
A practical Christmas sewing project that helps reduce wrapping paper waste while making your gifts look extra special under the tree and can be re-used again & again.
About the Tutor
Kym is a passionate, experienced teacher who brings a warm, inclusive energy to every class & is always ready to share her knowledge, tips, & encouragement. With a love for all things textile quilting, crochet, knitting, macramé & specialising in free-motion quilting.
Class Fee: $50 includes kit
What to Bring:
Sewing Machine (or use ours)
Sewing Accessories
Water bottle
Facilities:
Our space is accessible for walkers, wheelchairs and gophers.
The toilet facilities are accessible.
We have a fridge, microwave & sandwich toaster.
Kettle, tea & coffee available
Dominos Pizza is nearby and the Service Station has food/snacks if needed.
