Beloved sisters and brothers,
You are warmly invited to gather with us for five days of ceremony, healing, nature connection and living Andean wisdom with Maestro Túpaq Ttito Kuntur from Peru.
Holmestrand will be our base, and from there we will move into the surrounding landscape through small pilgrimages to different places in nature. You will be nourished with home cooked food 3 times per day and co-live in a cozy house with the other participants.

Throughout life we carry experiences, stories and wounds that leave their imprint on our bodies, hearts and souls.
Sometimes these burdens appear as exhaustion, emotional pain, stress, physical symptoms, confusion or a feeling of disconnection from ourselves and life.
Through ceremony, ancestral teachings and direct experience, we will explore healing, purification, self-healing practices, reconnection with nature and the recovery of lost life force.
At the heart of this retreat is the understanding that healing is not only about fixing what is broken.

In this immersion, Túpaq will teach about medicinal stones, crystals and healing tools from nature, Pachamama and the stars.
We will learn how to connect with the stones, activate them, carry them and work with them in self-healing, healing others and energetic practice.
All participants will receive a medicinal stone from the Andes and an initiation into this work.
If you already have stones or crystals you work with, you are welcome to bring them.

This immersion is dedicated to Anima and the recovery of lost life force.
Túpaq will share how these ceremonies work and how we can call back the parts of our soul and ourselves that may have been lost through fear, shock, trauma or strong life experiences.
When we lose energy, we may feel incomplete, empty, weak or disconnected from our own strength.
Through teaching, practice and ceremony, we will work with restoring vitality, soul connection, inner wholeness and the essence of who we are.
