Come and relax with the deep vibration of the gong.
Go as deep as you need for you own personal growth, the gong always gives what you need not necessarily what you
want.
So come and give it a go, you may be surprised with the results.
Price is £15 a person, bring with you something comfortable to lay on, maybe a yoga mat or something similar.
You can even use a chair if it suits.
Also a blanket to keep you warm as when emersed in the gong your core temperature may drop and bottle of water as its good for grounding after.
please arrive 7.15 for a 7.30 start.
One note, if you have a pacemaker or suffer from epilepsy then this would not be for you and the advice is to sit this one out.
