Our bodies hold ancestral imprints and memories from at least seven generations of the people who came before us. Their gifts and unhealed traumas are expressed through their living descendants on an embodied, nervous system level. To heal these imprints we need to work somatically, with the body itself.
This three hour workshop is an opportunity to dive into the ancestral memories held within your body through somatic therapy tools and a breathwork journey. You will be guided to assess the health of the lineages that came before you and assist in their healing process.
This event will be facilitated by Tess Rouse, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, and Marie Zak, Somatic Therapist.
