Samantha, an Art Therapist, guides individuals on their healing journeys through breath work and embodied attunement. Combining somatic healing and energy work, she empowers clients to connect deeply with themselves and identify areas in their body holding onto emotions and tension. She views the body as a wise archive, holding the stories of our experiences. This allows Samantha to help clients unlock and release emotional burdens, fostering a sense of wholeness and well-being.
