DNA tests allow a person to find their genetic heritage.... but it does nothing to show us of the emotional, traumatic side of our lineage that has been passed to us as well. There is a large and growing body of science relating to how our ancestors' emotional states, traumas, and relating behaviors are normalized as we grow in the womb. One poignant study that got attention to this was when great-grandchildren of rats who were electrically shocked while smelling cherry blossoms reacted traumatically to the smell of cherry blossoms even though no generation since their great-grandparents were negatively associated with it!It's too easy to make a prison out of our pain, out of our past (often a past that one is not even aware of, yet we feel and live with the results of every day!). Freedom from it is worth seeking. All you need is readiness to participate in the process that unfolds in this workshop so that healing (a direction/trajectory of your journey, not a destination) can happen naturally.
We generate our world from the mind the world instilled in us before we had any choice in the matter. We can do nothing about the world that created our mind, our habits, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world moving forward.
I'm a bit of a nag when it comes to learning about our unhealthy programming and patterns. These are critical to understanding who we are, making shifts to healthy patterns, and creating a future we love. In this workshop, each Seeker has the opportunity to reveal an ancestral pattern (relating to a limit, pain or stuck point they choose) played out by the Resonators. This gives each the response-ability to choose how to move forward in their life with new perspective,, understanding and healing power.
When we heal, we are engaged in recovering our lost parts of self. In reuniting ourselves with the inner qualities previously masked by layers put upon us in and by our past, we uncover inherent possibilities that make us MORE WHOLE and OUR LIFE MORE FULLY LIVED! True healing simply means opening ourselves to the truth of our lives, how the past relates to the present, as simply and objectively as we can. (Gabor Mate) This workshop does exactly that!
The process is hard to explain but everyone who has experienced it is amazed at it's accurate clarity. If you have ever seen "Another Self" or Episode 5 of Sex, Love & Goop :'Thank the Past' (both on Netflix), you will have an understanding of how this works. If you are familiar with the work of Thomas Hubl in Ancestral Healing, or Dick Schwartz in IFS, you will understand how important and valuable engaging in this work is, for each of us, our families and the collective!
This is a dynamic healing workshop. No knowledge of the work to be done is needed - it happens organically within The Field in our safe environment.
We are all biocomputers and the data stream that flows throughout time and space runs through us. If that stream gets stuck, it needs liquified - that is how we release trauma, even for our ancestors. What came through them, unresolved, is also embodied within us until peace comes, We offer that opportunity to you.

There is a MINIMUM number needed for Resonators (no charge) as well as a MAXIMUM of Seekers - capped so that everyone has adequate time and energy for their own experience without the evening getting too long! If we do not have the correct amount of registrations, the workshop will be rescheduled. We will let you know as soon as we know. It is a small, specific group and the universe has a hand in putting it together appropriately, synchronistically! Most of the time, healing from others' experiences within the session also occurs for each participant!
Eventually, as more participants understand the healing power of this process, our goal is that this will be a walk-in weekly group workshop.
