Love of Local Markets is excited to offer vendors the opportunity to be part of one of Ontario's most well-attended annual fairs! This weekend-only market is perfect for businesses that are unable to commit to the full fair.
📍 Prime Outdoor Location
Our contracted 10' x 10' outdoor vendor spaces are located in one of the busiest areas of the Ancaster Fairgrounds:
✔️ In front of the Midway
✔️ Beside the Beer Tent
✔️ In front of the Main Stage
This location receives constant foot traffic throughout the weekend, giving your business excellent exposure to thousands of fair attendees.
What You Receive
* 10' x 10' outdoor vendor space
* Two full days of selling (Saturday & Sunday)
* High-traffic location
* Weekend vendor entry pass
* Professional event organization by Love of Local Markets
Please bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
Important Information
This vendor market is hosted and operated by Love of Local Markets under a contracted space at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. It is not affiliated with or managed by the Ancaster Fair.
We understand this opportunity may seem too good to be true! We've successfully hosted this market multiple times before and are happy to provide references from returning vendors, including:

* The Buttertart Shack
We're committed to being transparent and are always happy to answer any questions before you register.
Load-In & Load-Out
To comply with the Ancaster Fair's insurance policy:
Saturday: Vendors will have a 1-hour vehicle access window before opening to unload directly into their space. After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area before setting up.
Sunday after 6:00 PM: Vendors may tear down first, then drive onto the fairgrounds to load their vehicles.
* Vehicle access is only permitted during these designated times.
* Products may remain in your booth overnight at your discretion. Fairground security is on site throughout the event.

9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, September 27
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendor Fee
$300 for the full weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
*A mandatory weekend fair pass is required for vendor entry.*
