Anahata: The Heart of the Season.A gentle heart-chakra practice designed to bring compassion back into your body during the holiday season.
The holidays can be beautiful and overwhelming. Between expectations, family dynamics, and emotional pressure. It's easy to lose yourself. This somatic movement meditation is a guided experience to help you reconnect to your heart, release build up tension, and create space for genuine self compassion.
Through intuitive movement, chakra-resonant music, mandala art rooted in Jungian psychology, and a soothing guided meditation, you will land back home in your body-calm, open, and supported.
Registration is required, as there are a limited amount of spots available.
