Unlocking the power of the heart with an evening of Yoga Nidra Meditation & Sound Bathing.
Celebrating National Rose Day, we start with a rose tea ceremony with somatic tapping and chanting to open the heart. This Ayurvedic blend includes hibiscus, rose, elderflower & chamomile for a sensual & comforting arrival to our sacred space.
We move into a heart opening yoga Nidra meditation journey infused with quarts crystal sound bowls to wash away the stress, pain and energy blockages of the heart. Gong, ocean drum, chimes and other sound instruments are used to drift you into a deep rest and reset for the nervous system, mind and spirit.
Rose is the medicine that weaves the path of embodiment, feminine wisdom & creates space for divine self love, compassion & acceptance of self.
