Restorative yoga is about melting and pausing into shapes and allowing ourselves to feel within. Using breath and our sound to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and meet ourselves exactly where we need to be. Anyone can do it. It’s about strengthening the body mind connection and creating new connections within.
