For one night only, join us for a rare and unforgettable dining experience built entirely around live fire.An Open Fire Evening is an upscale, plated dinner crafted over charcoal and wood flame by World Champion pitmaster Rob Reinhardt and the Prairie Smoke Culinary Team. Every course is kissed by fire — cooked on our Yoder Smokers El Dorado Santa Maria grill and finished over glowing prairie coals.
