Step into the world of sound healing and learn the principles of sound healing. Discover how therapeutic instruments can support relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.This introduction to sound healing will allow you to experience a range of healing instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion tools. You will learn how their tones and vibrations interact with the body and nervous system.
This is a hands-on introduction in a small friendly group setting that will allow you to experiment and play with the instruments.
At the end of the session you will understand the principles of sound healing and be able to play some healing instruments.
Perfect for anyone curious about sound healing instruments or would like to begin their journey into sound healing.
This session will provide a clear and accessible introduction to begin your journey with sound healing instruments.
No experience is necessary.
10am - 2pm
Refreshments will be provided.
At the end their will be an optional Q&A discussion, therefor the session may run over slightly if you wish to participate.
